Every campus in history started with a first circle of builders.
Right now, Senior Campus is at the stage where help matters most and is easiest to see: land, water, septic, foundation, accessibility. The people who step in now are not donors to an institution — they are founders of a place.
We are looking for people who can help with land, construction planning, sponsorship, introductions, and volunteer coordination. Donations and project support are handled under Education On The Go Corp, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 92-1172505).

A named part of phase one — a room, the porch, the garden — and a seat at the table as the campus takes shape.
Property and land donation criteria
What kind of property could help?
Ideal conversations involve a 5+ acre parcel in Upstate New York or the Tri-State area, zoning that can support community or residential use, and preferably water access or a wooded setting suitable for a summer campus of cabins. If you own — or know — such a place, one introduction can move the whole project forward by a year.
Where support goes
People are the mission. Land gives the mission a place to begin.
Early support goes to modular cabins, water, power, pathways, shared kitchen planning, common areas, gardens, porches, fire pits, accessibility, and site readiness — the unglamorous bones that make everything after them possible.
